联邦创业移民
 

 

加拿大联邦创业移民项目（start-up）

申请要求：
（1）申请时已经获得指定商业机构（designated organization，包括风投基金和天使投资）的Letter of Support，六个月内有效；

（2）一个创业移民签证最多可以包含5个人（5个家庭），每个人至少持有10%的投票权，support的商业机构和申请人合计投票权超过50%；

（3）申请人语言至少CLB/NCLC 5（听读写说雅思5-4-5-5 or TEF 181-151-226-226）；

（4）满足最低资金证明（cut off income）；

Note：
（1）项目投资资金来自商业机构，申请人自己不用投入，创业项目失败了不会影响永久居民身份。Failure of your business will not affect your permanent resident status. We recognize that not every business will succeed and this program is designed so that the risk is shared between the public and private sector.

（2）最低投资额，如果是来自风投基金，需要至少投资20万加币，如果来自天使投资，则至少投资75000加币；

（3）每年接受2750个，申请人和家人（不论随行不随行）都要体检；

 

（4）申请费$1,540，处理周期12-16个月；

联邦自雇移民
 

加拿大联邦自雇移民（Self-Employed Program）

项目要求申请人在文化活动/体育运动方面具有相关经验，同时愿意并且能够在加拿大文化/体育方便做出显著贡献。联邦自雇的审理周期为24个月（新新源移民）。

申请要求：
（1）近五年具有2年相关工作经验（It must be during the period starting five years before the day you apply and ending on the day we make a decision on your application）：

for cultural activities: 
A.two one-year periods being self-employed in cultural activities, or
B.two one-year periods participating at a world-class level in cultural activities, or
C.a combination of a one-year period described in A above, and a one-year period described in B above.

for athletics: 
A.two one-year periods being self-employed in athletics, or
B.two one-year periods participating at a world class level in athletics, or
C.a combination of a one-year period described in a above, and a one-year period described in b above, and

for buying and managing a farm, two one-year periods managing a farm.
