加拿大驾照（Driving Licences）
新移民想合法在加拿大驾驶，需要先取得省政府签发的驾驶执照。如果在母国有驾照，可以在登陆省使用母国驾照短暂驾驶（具体时间各省有规定，一般是3个月）。使用母国驾照需要 International Driving Permit (IDP) 文件（联合国道路交通公约，一般称国际驾照），这份文件可以把驾照翻译成英语和法语，不过中国不是联合国道路交通公约缔约国。中国驾照一般需要翻译、公证、认证也可以短暂在加拿大使用。
考取加拿大驾照，需要参与加拿大书面考试和1-2次现场测试。
