国际无犯罪证明有效期period of validity

 

国际无犯罪证明签发后，一般是3-6个月有效期，也有一年的。请注意使用时间。

 

An Indian PCC does not have a period of validity endorsed on the certificate. Generally, it is valid for six months, however, this varies considerably based on the authority to which the application is submitted.

In some certain circumstances, such as ceasing or renewing Vietnamese nationality, the Criminal Record Certificate is required to be issued within 90 days pursuant to articles 20, 24 and 28 of the Nationality Act of 2008, amended and supplemented in 2014.

The certificate is valid for a period of 6 months. Applications can always apply for a new certificate after the previous one is expired. The application of a new certificate does not require the finger prints of the applicant anymore as these are already recorded by the police during the first application.

Once the certificate is issued, we will send it to you via courier. It is wise to remember that even though these certificates have no set validity period, embassies, high commissions, consulates and other authorities only accept these documents as valid if they are no older than 6 months. In some countries, a police certificate is only valid for a period of three months, and in rare cases, the validity period is merely a month. It is your responsibility to check with the relevant authorities before starting the application process.

The validity of police clearances

A police clearance certificate is valid for differing time periods, depending on the country or authority that requested it. Depending on which country you want to use the certificate in, it might also have to be apostilled or attested at an embassy for legalisation purposes. It is wise to keep in mind that some countries only consider a police certificate as valid for three months, even after it has been apostilled.

The validity of Hungarian Police Clearance Certificates

A Hungarian Certificate of Good Conduct is valid for three months. Unless otherwise prescribed, the certificate is valid for ninety days from its date of issue.

The police certificate in Chile is valid for up to 3 months after the date of issuance.Validity of the document ranges between 30 and 60 days according to the rules of the country. Some countries require the birth certificate legalized in Chile. If so, the person concerned must request a third party to do that errand.

The brazil certificate is issued free of charge over the Internet and is valid for 90 days.
