Dear All,
Iam so sorry this has happened.
As of today l have to close xx in china and the UK.
The last 4 months has been very difficult for the company and i have been trying to raisemoney to solve all the problems.
in July l had an agreement with investors to invest in the company and give us the money topay off everything and survive.
Due to the announcement of the new policy on tutoring in China at the end of july, all of theinvestors withdrew their commitment to invest, We were dependent on this money to keepgoing.
I have been trying to give the company away to other companies who can service the clientsand provide jobs to you. Yesterday the final possible investor said that they would not investand help.
All the money has been spent trying to keep the company alive so that it can get the mone!
to pay for all the debts and service the clients. There is now nothing left.
There is no longer anyone who will invest in the company so the company will stop operatingThis is not the fault of the management team so please do not blame them.i will continue to work to see if there are other solutions that can be found.We will organise your release documents next week.
