加拿大魁省法语移民项目PSTQ(Skilled Worker Selection Program)
As of November 29, 2024, the Programme régulier des travailleurs qualifiés – PRTQ (Regular Skilled Worker Program) has been replaced by the Programme de sélection des travailleurs qualifiés – PSTQ (Skilled Worker Selection Program). However, invitations to apply for permanent selection in these programs are suspended.
2024年11月29日起，魁北克技术移民项目进行改革，由PRTQ(Regular Skilled Worker Program)改成PSTQ(Skilled Worker Selection Program)，旧项目的挑选暂停，新项目的挑选最早在2025年6月30日开始，项目具体细则待官方发布。
改革后的新项目详情如下：
PSTQ (Skilled Worker Selection Program)
目前魁北克PSTQ (Skilled Worker Selection Program)已经于2025年7月13日正式启动，已经挑选，有评分标准2025年7月2日版。邀请标准可以是分数、条件或甄选标准，或任何其他与外国公民能否在魁北克成功居住或定居相关的标准，例如行业、职业或培训；

新项目有4个渠道，其中针对一般的移民申请者，项目为
Stream 1: Highly qualified and specialized skills：--打分
职业FEER 0 1 2; 一年工作经验；法语要求如下：
- They have a knowledge of French of level 7 or higher in the two oral competencies and level 5 or higher in the two written competencies according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) or its equivalent;
- Their accompanying spouse, if applicable, has a knowledge of French of level 4 or higher in the two oral competencies according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) or its equivalent.
You must have an oral knowledge of French of level 7 or higher and a written knowledge of level 5 or higher according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) (in French only) (Québec scale of French proficiency levels).
Your accompanying spouse must have a spoken knowledge of French at level 4 or higher on the Échelle québécoise.
Knowledge of spoken French corresponding to at least level 7 of the Québec scale of French proficiency levels. Knowledge of oral French includes oral comprehension and oral production.
Knowledge of written French corresponding to at least level 5 of the Québec scale of French proficiency levels. Knowledge of written French includes reading comprehension and written production.

Knowledge of English
There is no English language requirement in the PSTQ. However, you can include your knowledge of English in your declaration of interest if you wish. You will then have to submit your results from the test accepted by the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration: The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test.
Stream 2: Intermediate and manual skills（要魁省工作经验）--打分
To qualify for Stream 2: Intermediate and manual skills, you must comply with the conditions below.
Work in an occupation classified as FEER 3, 4 or 5
Your main occupation must be in the category FEER 3, 4 or 5.
Have the required work experience
You must have at least two years' paid work experience in your main occupation, including at least one year in Québec, on a full-time or equivalent basis, in the five years preceding the date on which you submitted your application.
Work experience acquired outside Québec is eligible for up to one year.
Have a knowledge of French
You must have a spoken knowledge of French at level 5 or higher according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) (in French only) (Échelle québécoise).
Your accompanying spouse must have a spoken knowledge of French at level 4 or higher on the Échelle québécoise.
Stream 3: Regulated professions（管制职业）--打分
Have a profession included in the List of Regulated Professions
Hold an assessment from the regulatory authority
You must hold one of the following documents issued by the regulatory authority governing your occupation in Québec:
Authorization to practice your occupation in Québec;
Proof of partial or full recognition of equivalence of training or diploma dated no more than five years prior to the date of submission of your application for permanent selection.
The French language requirement depends on the FEER category of your occupation:
- If the category is FEER 0, 1 or 2, you must have an oral knowledge of French of level 7 or higher and a written knowledge of level 5 or higher according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) (in French only) (Échelle québécoise);
- If the category is FEER 3, 4 or 5, you must have a level 5 or higher in spoken French according to the Échelle québécoise.
Your accompanying spouse must have a spoken knowledge of French at level 4 or higher on the Échelle québécoise (PDF 4.94 Mb).
Stream 4: Exceptional talent（杰出人才）--不打分
Have obtained an opinion from one of the Ministère's partners in a targeted field.
