官网上写的可以email申请。已发邮件，未回复。CIC2015年说不需要办理该国无犯罪，CIS2017年指南可以email各种方式办理。美国上没有说明

As a Non-citizen of Manaco who is living overseas now，Really could I obtain a Criminal Record by email？for immigration to Canada for my stay over 6 months in Monaco.

to obtain a criminal record, we need :
- passport copy
- father' full name
- mother' maiden name & first name
- private adress
The amount to be sent in the world is : 11.00 € - in cash or by check payable to : Madame le Greffier en Chef.
