Documents to be submitted via online
1. For Refugees
a. A Scan Copy of Unexpired Refugee Travel Document.
b. A Scan copy of Travel Document with Arrival/ Departure stamp of Nepal Immigration Office while entering/leaving
Nepal.
c. A Scan Copy of Refugee Card.
d. A Letter from the related Refugee Camp.
e. Passport size color photograph – 1 copy.
2. For Foreigners
a. A Scan copy of Unexpired Passport.
b. A Scan copy of Arrival and Departure (if Person is not in Nepal) stamp of Nepal Immigration Office on Passport
while entering and leaving Nepal.
c. A recommendation letter from the Applicant’s Organization.
d. Passport size color photograph – 1 copy.
Documents Required For Foreigner Applicant
User Image.
If the applicant is living in foreign country,Departure Document is required.
If the applicant was Nepali previously and is below 16 years, Minor Certificate is required else Citizenship Certificate is required.
If the applicant was Nepali previously, Nepali Passport Document is required.
If the applicant is Indian, Verification Identity or Passport Document is required along with Nepal Embassy Registration Card and Stay Nepal Document.
Current Passport Document.
If the applicant is not Indian, First Visa Document is required.
If the applicant is not Indian, Last/Current Visa Document is required.
