applicants should contact the Ministry of Justice headquarters in Kigali or a Rwandan Embassy abroad. Both English and French versions are acceptable for immigration purposes.

Criminal Record Certificate
This service allows Rwandans and foreigners living/who have lived in Rwanda to apply for a Criminal Record Certificate. This certificate has a validity of 6 months.
