You can:
return to Liberia and apply in person at the National Police Headquarters (Records and identification Section) at the Charles B. Alfonso Cain Building, Capital Hill in Monrovia, or
ask a friend or relative in Liberia to bring the information required to the National Police Headquarters on your behalf.
You must provide:
Biographic information
Fingerprints taken by a recognized police authority in the country of residence

For applicants living out of Liberia and requesting a Police Clearance from Liberia, they are requested to send to the Liberia National Police their finger prints through a Police headquarters of the country in which they live. The Liberia National Police will then compared and verify those finger prints with their colleagues of that country through INTERPOL.
