【海牙/使馆】Singapore新加坡文件领事认证/海牙认证/双认证/使馆认证（Authentications and Apostilles）

新加坡领事认证：

新加坡2021年9月16日前不是海牙国家组织成员，2021年9月16日以后是。

一、新加坡领事认证全过程收费：

（1）新加坡公证处收费：

（2）新加坡法律学会领事认证费（SAL）

The following payments are payable atthe Notary Public‘s office.:

-NotarisationFee to the Notary Public; and
- Authentication Fee of $85.60 (incl of GST) to the Singapore Academy of Law.

（3）新加坡外交部费用：

A fee of S$10/- ischargeable for each document legalised. Payable by NETS, Cashcard, Flash Pay orPayNow. (Strictly no cash or cheque)

（4）各国驻新加坡使馆认证费用（略）

补充：

Documents that are to be used overseas may need to go through the process of authentication, verification, legalisation/apostille.

The process is as follows:

1) Notarisation of document by a Notary Public (us), who will attach the mandatory Notarial Certificate to it

Cost starts from $85 ($75 for the mandatory Notarial Certificate and $10 for the first document to certify true copy). For more information, please read the page on Our Rates.

2) Authentication is the act of confirming the identity of the Notary Public. And the authentication of the Notary Public’s signature is by the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL)

Cost: S$85.60 per document, immediate collection.

3) Verification of the document by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA)

Cost: S$10 per document

In some countries or scenarios, the document may not need to be verified by MFA and are able to skip step 3 to go to step 4. You are advised to check with the person or the organisation (‘requiring party’) on the precise procedural requirements

4) Legalisation by the respective embassy/consulate to confirm the origins of a document – usually by affixing an official stamp and signature on the document.

Check with the respective embassies, consulates or commission in Singapore on the administrative fee.
(For example the fee est. S$30 per document at the Indonesian Embassy and S$750+ per document at the UAE Embassy)

三、新加坡领事认证全链条流程：

（1）先去新加坡公证处公证（Notarisation by Notary Public）：

（2）完成新加坡公证后去新加坡法律学会领事认证（Authentication by Singapore Academy of Law）（地址如下）

（3）然后再去新加坡外交部验证（Verification by Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs）：
